Verify Delivery Address –  Now the customers and Drivers both can verify the Delivery address.  Validating a shipping address helps ensure prompt and accurate delivery of your shipment.

Customers can verify the address from the tracking page. Also, you can enable the tag to verify the address in the email notification.

Set the default option for delivery in the app settings. The verify address icon will start showing in the app for the addresses which are not verified. Driver needs to click on this icon to verify the address before delivering the shipment.

iOS App Features – Following are the new features that are available on the iOS App now

• OTP – Ensure the items delivered to the right person with the OTP.
• Multiple Image capture – Drivers can capture multiple images
• High Value Products Delivery – User Validation in case of  High Value Products Delivery

• Apple and Google Map both options for Navigation
• Option to show Today’s Routes only

Standard Shipments CSV – Get your standard CSV of all shipments with your selected columns

Settings > Setting Status > CSV Setting > Select Fields Which Required to Download

Invoice Template Configuration – Customize your Invoice with the templates available in Insta Dispatch, A company can have multiple invoice formats for different customers. One can manage the Header Text, Footer Text with this template configuration.

Settings > Invoice Template > Add Template

Invoice Columns Settings – One can manage to show and hide columns available in the Invoice, also columns names in Invoice can be customized as per client’s requirement. Columns sorting is also possible by drag and drop.
