How to Check Invoices Are Being Sent to Customers

 

One may check the generated Invoices are being delivered to the customer billing email addresses from the Invoice Email History

Step 1  Go to Invoice TAB

Step 2  Under the Action Button Click on the Email History Icon i.e the envelope Icon

 

Step 3  A pop-up will get appear

Here you may check the

  • Invoice reference
  • Name of the customer
  • Emails where Invoices being sent
  • The subject of the Invoice
  • Status – 1 means successfully delivered, 0 means failure in the delivery
  • Sent at – Date and Time
